ImpRes were engaged to review, design and implement an effective management operating system to lift the performance of the operation.
Reviewed the current state and in collaboration with the onsite leadership team designed a MOS that suited the unique operating environment
Implementation of the MOS included:
Metrics mapping and cascaded metrics development
Process mapping and RACI documentation
Development and implementation of a strategy initiative reporting and review process
Visual management deployment to three levels within the organisation including coaching
Standardisation of processes via SOPs, single point lessons, escalation criteria, control response plans
